Maintien Le Droit!

My second serious pencil drawing. This time the theme was Canada and the Mounties. The title comes from their motto in French, which means, "uphold the right". This is also the first image in which I deviated from the photo. Taken from an encyclopaedia picture, I created the flag completely without reference (except to make sure it looked like Canada's flag) and took out a small bush in front of the horse. Again, sorry about the reflection, but this drawing is also framed.
