Scott Family Portrait The lady on the left ordered this painting a month in advance. It didn't take me anywhere near a month to paint it, but I was worried about how long it would take to dry. Fortunately, everything worked out. ^__^ The lady in the centre is her mother and the other two are her siblings. This painting marked a lot of firsts. It was my first time to paint on a framed canvas (instead of canvas on board), first time to paint truly dark skin, and first time to paint more than one person on the same canvas. ^_^' It kept me a little worried the entire time, but I welcomed the challenge.
